My Story

Several years ago my husband and I started planning for an addition to our family, but unfortunately our first attempt wasn’t meant to be. I was really distraught during that time in our life and needed an outlet for my emotions.  While getting ready for our baby I became interested in a healthy diet and started learning more about what my family was eating. I started studying the ingredients and was shocked how many chemicals and preservatives are used by manufacturing companies to achieve the same flavor that can be achieved with simple, organic ingredients.

This triggered a chain reaction that provoked me to do more research on other household items, such as hygiene and personal care products. I was stunned to learn that those products were also full of chemicals, even soap and shampoo. The amount and quality of elements present in those products were of the cheapest kind on the market and are based on GMOs, such as soybean, corn or canola oils. I started getting into this even deeper and realized that with a care and meticulousness some of the household goods, can be made naturally without any additives or chemicals. This led me to try making it myself and, after a lot of research and due diligence, I was able to make my first batch of all-natural soap.

After our loss, soap making became a coping mechanism for me. At first, I was making soap as gifts mainly for my friends and family, who liked my creations so much that they started urging me to share my passion with the rest of the world. That’s how Deluxe Bath Soap, LLC. was born. I became so emotionally invested in this endeavor that it became my second child.

Throughout my ordeal I’ve realized that healthy living isn’t just healthy eating, it’s a comprehensive lifestyle. Of course, in our day and age it is very difficult to completely move away from using chemicals, but the alternatives are out there. Unfortunately, with our busy lifestyles, we don’t always have the time to seek them out. That’s why I decided to bring those alternatives closer to the people. My mission is to help people maintain a healthier lifestyle by reducing the amount of chemicals they use in their daily lives by offering only natural and organic ingredients in home hygiene products.
